The seminar
teaches all classical technique: pointe, variations, men’s
class, pas de deux, Bournonville school repertory and mime,
modern, tap, and Pilates. Participants are included in a
performance in Tivoli the last day after 3 weeks intensive
training with international faculty. Students ages 14 and up
are accepted, and teachers are welcome to observe, take notes,
or participate.

DMA Teacher
Training School is a four-year program. Each year, students
are given a quiz to insure their comprehension of the material
taught. Programs include advanced (those completing grade 1-3
without examinations); associate (those completing grades 1-3
and passing a minimum of two “core” exams); graduate (those
completing grades 1-3 and passing a minimum of three “core”
exams); post-graduate (those achieving the graduate level who
return to advance their teaching skills).

summer schools for students and teachers. The student courses
